When the gate dropped at this years BMX Champs, that little reminder on the sleeves of every dEVo and EV BMX jerseys (explosive) worked its magic and the podiums followed.
In BMX we race for plates, the kind that you put on the front of your race bike. They are kind of a status symbol where Number 1 means you’re the top dog in your class.
For 2008, dEVo/EV made their mark and came home with an impressive number of awards in the following classes including a triple podium in 9 year old male and a double #1 plate for the unstoppable Kyle Murphy in 20” and Cruiser.

So I've got a few pictures for you. First, here's former dEVo Cody Campbell looking resplendent in his TT Champion jersey:

"Champion(ne) National(e)." The parentheses kill me.

And second, Alex Pope has put up a whole bunch of photos from Yaletown. As soon as I hear how EV did yesterday, I'll let you know. The webmaster was there, but sort of slunk off quickly after lasting a whole 13 minutes in Cat 4.
