The Westside Classic took place on Sunday June 3rd at UBC under brilliant sunshine and record June temperatures. Escape Velocity and dEVO riders were well represented across all of the Provincial Championship races, proudly displaying their red and green jerseys at the front of the pack, leading and driving the pace up Camosun St hill, down 16th Ave, and along South West Marine Drive.

Team Time Trial postponed to August

Due to circumstances well within our control, EV is postponing the Team Time Trial until August. Please note that the Warp Speed TT (the one you can do without having any friends) is still a go for May 13.

If you're wondering why, it's because of the conflicts with the long weekend and the Enumclaw race.

So get your team ready, but you have until August to practice dropping drafting each other.

dEVo, breaking away at the RtR crit

Oops, sometimes I let these things pile up, and then I have a huge backlog. Okay, after the break, EV results reports from Race the Ridge and the first Tuesday Nighter, plus photos from those and the dEVo trip to Walla Walla (where, as mentioned here previously, they cleaned up).
